The dryers didn't work very well and there was not a single outlet to plug my phone into and it died while I was there. Other than that the washers worked good.

Came here on 30MAR. The dryers were faulty, they took my money and did not dry my clothes. Although I openly complained, I was ignored by staff and had to move my laundry, pay again, and wait the additional time for my clothes to dry. Insult to injury, I took a work call in my car after finally getting my clothes dry, and the manager(? Large build, short hair, rude temperament) came to my car and told me I had to leave because parking was for customers only. I then showed her my clean bag of laundry with my laundry soap, sitting out in plain sight, and she said “I don’t care, you need to leave.” To note, this particular woman and I have never met or had any interactions. I will never return here. The dryers do not work and the staff is incredibly rude to paying customers. My photos reflect the mostly empty parking lot they told me, a paying customer, to leave after assuming I was loitering but failing to ask if I in fact had clothes laundered at their facility. It must feel terrible to hate life as much as the staff here does.

I like this place because you can do your laundry and be left alone but the washers are good and the dryers are good only draw back is the restroom is always locked i understand they have a homeless problem but for the people who use that facility should have the use of the restroom

I would love to give this place a few more stars for having me as a guest to wash my laundry without prejudice to where I was from, how I brought my laundry in, because i was turned away from 1700 S. 400 E. Telling me that i was diseased, dirty and to take my homeless a♡♡ away from entering the premises. I was embarrassed and the pain I felt after walking in the cold. I'm glad to give you my business.
