I just want to give a shout out to Joel, that man is a genius when it comes to what he does. He's honestly the best sales associate I've ever came into contact with he is thorough and very knowledgeable about what he does. He breaks down every piece of information that he delivers to new customers or guests and makes them feel at home, accepted, welcomed. I felt ashamed because I haven't been to a gym in a long time and I also didn't know much about any of the machines la fitness has it offer but he didn't make me feel any less than or stupid if anything he made me feel the opposite and gave me the confidence I needed to make the first step to change my life in a positive direction. I came in with the intent of just going to la fitness for a week with my free week pass and left with the decision of getting a full membership. Thanks Joel you deserve all the recognition in the world as well as a promotion ❤️🔥💪🙌👌🤙🖖🤟

First time trying La fitness after moving from 24 hour and it was super welcoming environment and I was greeted by two great front desk workers who helped me get all sorted. Joel was super sweet and super funny and super helpful when figuring out my best options. He had a big bright smile as I walked in and then helped set me up with everything I needed. I love LA fitness so far and seems like a great environment and a great team!!

It’s a nice gym, but what stands out the most is the staff, especially *** Kevin *** He’s super helpful and always make it a point to say hello. It’s nice to have someone to encourage you on the days you don’t feel like working out.

Came in today to talk about membership options. I’ve been to this gym many times before and for years it was kind of a second home. Came back for a bit and wanted to restart my membership. Met with Joel and Robert and was compelled to write a review. What a couple of awesome guys. We’ve all had bad gym staff experiences in the past and it’s really amazing to meet a team who blows those stereotypes away. Felt right at home with them, what a great way to run a fitness operation. Positive, encouraging and fun. If you’re in the area and looking for a place to get you in shape, this is your spot.

They clean the sauna meticulously all day long. They do a deep deep crazy clean of shower and sauna area every day. Gym is run by x military. He stays on top of cleanliness for sure.
I agree Joel is awesome
When you sign up, you have a meeting with a personal trainer. He or she makes a profile based on your mushrooms and your current physical condition. Take the opportunity to ask specific questions about the areas you want to work and the devices you want to use. The debellos business is in the training sessions, so be prepared for an aggressive sales session. I recommend you arrive with specific questions for your courtesy hour.
