My wife and I love Tuscany Hills! We have been living here for a year and a half and could not be happier. Its located in a safe residential area, well maintained, and staff are kind and well accommodating.

I've been living at Tuscany Hills Apartments for just over a year and I am pleased with the place. I've had a few issues here and there, but when I put in a service request or reach out to the housing office it always gets resolved. I had a rather unique and large issue that came up while I was living here and wasn't too sure how to fix it, but the property manager Monica Lujan was very patient and understanding and helped me resolve my issue. The area has nice views, especially one of the swimming pools towards the higher end of the hill. There is also a field of grass for dogs, a gym, a basketball court, and easily accessible laundry rooms. You can also have the option to include an in-unit washer/dryer for a monthly fee. Coming from Irvine with high class apartments that were much more expensive for college students, I can say that this place has provided the most value for my money, and renewing my lease was a no-brainer.

My family and I lived at Tuscany Hills for 7 years. It's a great family-friendly community. The landscaping is well maintained and manicured. The staff was always kind, courteous, and helpful. Whenever there was a maintenance issue with my home, the staff was very helpful and efficient with ensuring that maintenance personnel was resolving the issue immediately. In addition, we appreciated that it's centrally located and moments away from shops, restaurants, and freeway access. I strongly recommend Tuscany Hills to anyone. Great place to live.
