Madrid Manor does not have rentals, it's a land owned community.
HOA's are not covered by insurance, to cover infectious diseases, in addition since there is no legal president set for claims, HOA's are limited to opening amenities. Legal counsel has informed the Board that it would be too much of a liability at this time, especially for a senior community..
It typically wraps up around 8:30 pm. Games start at 6:00, seating is open by about 5:00.
Cox is the fastest internet connection available, and you don't have to subscribe to their TV services to get it.
Hi Jim, Our Dues are currently $156.50, which is valid through May 2020. Dues cover common area & amenity maintenance, funding of Reserves, administrative items like insurance and employment costs, and common area utilities. Hope that helps.
