Today was the worst experience here. I spent 2 hrs looking for items, had a cart full of merchandise to buy (maybe worth $300-400) and when I came to the register to ring the items there were two bathroom rugs of the same brand, same measurements, same color but one was $19.99 and the other was $24.99. The lady at the register #6 told me they don’t price match and went on to call the Manager Gayane and the manager mentioned the same thing. When I asked why, it’s the same product and it’s only $5 when I’m buying hundreds of dollars worth items she said they just don’t do it because it came from different vendors into the store. This was really absurd to me because I’ve been to enough stores that when something like this happens, they do make the change. And quite frankly I was upset about it so I ended up leaving not buying anything. My husband wasn’t happy to see this and he went back in to talk to the manager because it didn’t make sense to him. And when he went in, she flips the story so quickly and says that she was willing to do a price adjustment but not a match….like seriously. Why does it matter what you do? Just charge me the same price for both items, that’s all I was asking. I think at that point she got scared because I told her I was going to talk to her supervisor. This to me felt like gender discrimination. This was by far the worst experience.

This location Marshalls is a hit or miss. Parking gets full especially on the weekend. If you don't mind walking. Park in the back by 5 guys. If you can come to this location early morning. It's much quiter and peaceful. Selections is decent because they are continually changing products. Restrooms are nice and clean on the man's side. Dressing rooms are back open. The only negative about this location. They don't have a check out line very established. The line wraps around the baby selection. Making customers angry at each other for accidentally cutting. No one knows where the end of the line is. Cashiers seem to be working slower pace than normal Marshalls. So you have to endear the line if you truly want to purchase something. I say the geographic of customers are just as bad. Crying kids. Closed tight spaces. The store feels claustrophobic with racks close to each other. Not one of my favorite Marshalls. Update: the last line of defensive was a very very nice cashier named Letty C. She's a coordinator. Super polite. Just really felt genuine. She quickly ran up to help relieve the line. Her sense of urgency is appreciated.
