First time I was shopping at the San Marco’s Home Depot, what a great garden area with assortment of garden pots. But the best was incredible service by Julie P( 82805)!! She notified me of deals being given that day as well as being cheerful, funny & overall greatest customer service ever. She made shopping at Home Depot a Great experience … will be back!!

Today I show up to get a paint color match and there’s no one at the desk. After 5-10 minutes I ask an associate, they ring over the intercom, no one comes. Another 10 minutes goes by, still nobody comes. I waited for another 5-10 minutes, nada. I am in the middle of job too so time is valuable. But today the ball was dropped. Thanks for wasting my time today Home Depot!!

Asked for assistance for window/blinds and was told to wait and someone would be there soon. Waited for around 20 minuets, which I had no problem with however when an associate did come over they completely disregarded myself and my partner and instead walked up to a couple and tried selling products to them, sat down and was giving a full service and experience. Walked back over to the original associate whom called for help for us and was told that the man was the manager and he was the only one who could help and they didn’t know why he didn't help us as we were the ones waiting. We were then asked to wait as the manager was now busy helping the couple he took instead of helping the people who were waiting for him. We left our basket full of items we intended to buy as we felt disrespected and profiled.

So I have been coming to this Home Depot since 20 years ago 🤦🏽‍♀️I love it here ! Everyone is so nice and the store is always organized and well presented. Rafael is the best !!! He is always so helpful and so happy and willing to assist ! I came to get some flowers and some closet stuff and he helped me ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Definitely recommend coming here !
