My wife and I moved here in the beginning of 2019 and we just renewed our lease for another year. Marisa is the new manager and she is great!! She is so kind and welcoming anytime we go to the office for questions, and goes above and beyond to help. A lot of the previous reviews complained of the previous manager but I can say that Marisa is a breath of fresh air. Not to mention the apartments are great and the grounds are very well kept. Jonathan who is also in the office is also very helpful and extremely efficient. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I am a new resident to the community and it is actually called The Avenue at San Marcos now. Many people were unaware of the change of management of the community just like I was but on my move in date Emily in the office made our transition into moving into our apartment as smooth as possible even though it was a little hectic since the change of management happened only two weeks before. Emily is so nice and helps you out with anything you need and reassures you that she is there for you whenever you need here and I think that is amazing! I would highly recommend this rental community, it is always clean, and well kept and also feels very safe!
