I visited with a group of six people on 9/10/22 around 8:45 pm. There was about a 10 minute wait before the cashier even came out. They weren't busy at all. The first person in our group said "Good evening." The cashier just rolled their eyes and stared blankly back. After that, only one person from our group ordered because they were very hungry. The rest of us waited outside. Very unpleasant and unwelcoming atmosphere. I gave 2 stars because the food that was ordered arrived in a timely manner. Customer service seems to be becoming a lost art form these days.

Drive thru was SLOW. CHICKEN BISCUIT WAS AWFUL sure wasn't worth the $10 we paid. Chicken was tough and over cooked.

HARDEE'S HAS GONE FROM BEING 24 HOURS ALL WEEK TO ONLY BEING 24 HOURS ON THE WEEKEND AND THEY ARE OPEN FROM 5:00 A.M. UNTIL 11:00 P.M. SUNDAY-THURSDAY
