What a wonderful, cool and delightful place to come and train. Routines are way fun, varied, and have neat little challenges. Equipment is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. Staff are friendly and so supportive. Attendees are friendly, it’s a great aense of community. You’ll make friends, “sweat, then glow.” Concept is very cool. I really “…can’t say a little, because i can’t say enough.”

I joined Orangetheory almost a year ago. It has been the best decision I have made. Not only do you get the best workouts, you get a community. You will never find such a strong team like San Marcos. Everyone has so much passion and heart. The music and energy is amazing. You will never regret pushing yourself to get to class. The templates are always challenging in a good way. Keeps you pushing yourself to be the best version you can be. I can go on for hours. You need to come and see it for yourself. I love my OTF family.

The San Marcos studio is awesome! All the coaches are supportive, encouraging and motivating . They offer ways to adapt things if you have limitations and train on correct form to get the best results. The music is fun and the other members are friendly and quickly feel like family. The workouts are challenging and a great full body workout in an hour. They switch up the templates so you always have a new challenge . Love Orange theory San Marcos❤️

Everyone is pretty chill and down to help. It was very refreshing to have help offered without asking.. I don't like asking for help. The staff is also incredible from the people up front to the coaches I've met so far. Everyone seems to enjoy being there so the energy is always pretty good! Workouts are pretty intense but it's at your own pace. The coaches are there for you but you hold yourself accountable to push your own limits within your comfort zone. My first class was with Dani and I really enjoyed it! Definitely recommend!

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
