TERRIBLE customer service!! I've been trying to get a hold of someone for 3 days! No one answers the phone. I've left voice messages, left my callback number SEVERAL times at the prompt, and been on hold waiting for someone to pick up for hours!

I am not sure what is going on with this organization. I am trying to make single call to find out if they can help me (before they could). I am spending second WEEK, every single day trying to call them. No one, no matter options I chose, no one responds the phone. Are they working? I know, that they might provide services or even advise or suggestions only over the phone. But the phone is as a decor there. Each day I waisted so many hours being on hold with so annoying music. Several times I left messages and phone number to call me back. NOTHING HAPPENED!!! That is whe I am extremely distressed more and more because of my issue and time. I really need legal assistance to apply for SSI benefits. They do that always and l legal advice regarding family law. I am exhausted, very stressed, disappointed and confused. I have no idea, who may help me besides them. I gave 3 stars instaid of one. Because a couple of years they help me a lot. But now they deserve one only.

These people will go way beyond for you. It's like they really care. And they do. But you must be patient. They have an incredible workload. But they are awesome. My worker is beyond words. She truly went to the edge for me. And they answered every question I asked. In language I could understand. They rock.

Give them a call and after initial screen, someone will call you back to make an appointment
They do not.
Yes they do, please call them during normal business hours and speak with the aide that will answer your questions to the best of their ability. I will say that you will be able breath a sigh of relief knowing that they are going to listen, respect, respond and care about you and your family.
Call your legal aid and let them know what is going on andt They will communicate that to your tenant that the lock out is still going on as planned
There is an income limit that charges each year. They mostly handle evictions and fair housing issues. You can always call and tell them your issue and if they can't help you they can try to refer you.
Legal Aid has many services to offer the community. I am sure family law is included. I would call your local Legal Aid Society and simply ask. I don't dare answer your question for Can only guess the answer is yes.
If it's criminal that is the public defenders office.
Take the decision to Revenue and Recovery; they are in the court house downstairs. They will render assistance.
I am not a lawyer but i would say no. The landlord would have to replace the carpet regardless because if normal wear and tear over 7 years. I would say you're pretty safe about that
I BELIEVE IT'S ONLY LANDLORD/TENET ISSUES
