I couldn’t be more pleased with this firm. From the moment I requested a consultation, Gerry was extremely efficient in contacting me and informing me of all the next steps. They act fast and are extremely efficient. Nick and Gerry have been so transparent, patient, and extremely easy to work with. They have made this entire dreadful process as seamless as possible and as pleasant as can be :) I would highly recommend them to my friends and family in a heart beat.

I was going through it with my employer. I was told that when shopping for an aggressive attorney the attorney will listen to everything you have to say without interruption. I've called many attorneys one day. None of them have me more than 2 minutes before interrupting me and shooting me down. Nicholas took me very serious. Ms Lauren is very patient and awesome as well. I highly recommend Ferraro Vega employment lawyer. They took care of me and we settled fast

California Labor Code sections 226, 432, and 1198.5 and the IWC Wage Orders require employers to provide payroll records (i.e., pay stubs and wage statements), documents signed by the employee (i.e., agreements, handbooks, policy acknowledgments), personnel files (i.e., applications, performance reviews, notices, attendance records) and time and daily pay records (i.e., clock in and out records) upon request within 21 days for pay stubs and 30 days for other records.
