Worst deilvery service ever always giving my packages to another address makes no sense and when I call they say it's my fault

DO NOT USE USPS DROP BOX. They are stealing/throwing away packages and letters you put in there. It’s happened over 10 times in last 3 months. Many reports filed, no questions answers. Don’t use prepaid drop off either. I’ve had 5 packages get stolen. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT.

They never deliver your packages you have to go and pick them up yourself because they are too lazy and sorry to drive up your driveway..

They leave packages out in the open. I've had 3 different packages stolen because they just leave packages on top of the mailbox. I'd even requested that they hold them at the post office and I would pick them up. They do not hold them, they just set them on top of the mailbox for any thief to see and steal. They don't care.

At the Taylorsville office the smallest size is $31 every 6 months. Size 2 box is $45. There are larger boxes also.

I Am not receiving all my mail. I cannot get an answer from our post office. I am recieving other peoples mail. I want to know where my mail is and do we have to put tracking numbers on every single piece of mail we mail?

you can go to the USPS.com website and sign up for informed delivery. It is free and shows you every piece of mail that should be coming to your box each day.

Can Harold and I apply for a passport there?How much do they cost?Do we pay there when we apply?

Yes. You need a completed application, birth certificate and photocopy, driver's license and photo copy. They are $110 for the passport book $35 for processing $15 for photos. You must have an appointment.

Why is my mail carrier not delivering my mail. Also I had a package that was supposed to be delivered 4/7/18 and I still haven't gotten it I called the 1800 number put in my tracking info and it said it's being help at the customers request? Really

Why is it that I use to get my Victoria’s Secret and Victoria’s Secret Pink coupons every month at my old address, now that I have moved here I hardly ever get any. MY Informed deliverly shows it for delivery, never in my box! thats 120$ I don’t get

Victoria's Secret is considered a :presorted standard and does not forward. You need to call them or go to website and make sure they have your new address. It scanned delivered because it went to old address , and they have to throw away because it is not first class.
