Their doctors and medical staff are super helpful and caring and efficient but getting prescriptions sent in is a complete joke, unfortunately. Out of the last 5 trips to UC my family has had to wait way too long or call UC or our pharmacy every time to get it re-sent or get them to send the script in the first place.

I’ve always had great care when visiting this urgent care. The staff have always been very kind and professional. Even when working under the stress of high patient volumes during a Covid surge, they have always been great. I am thankful we have this facility serving the Taylorsville area. I prefer to come here over some of the larger known Urgent Care centers that are around. Also, appreciate the hours open until 8:30 pm. Thank you all!

There was a long wait, the doctor claimed it was slow because she was the only doctor there. Well if I'm not mistaken there's normally only one doctor that works there anyway so I'm not sure what her excuse really was. We waited for about a hour and a half before we got to the back and waited another hour in the back. On a good day your in and out in about a hour. I guess it all depends on who's working on what days.

Went because of bad IBS symptoms. Test were took, and was told it seems a lot like IBS and they would get back with me on all test results. That was over eight months ago. Never got test results but get a bill I will not pay until their end has been upheld!
