This program is the worst program I have ever been to. Short staffed never organized the program has good food for one I give that a ten but over all everything it's just horrible. You don't receive the attention you need. They truly don't care for their patients. I am one at the moment. I am a good person with a great heart I am here for therapy and counseling only I came here to get the support I need after a traumatic event and all I've got since my stay is hate. I just want to be heard instead of being mistreated. I dislike it here and the staff are such cruel people. All I want is peace and love

I graduated from here in the early 2000's. I will always remember it as the best rehab facility I ever entered. They treat you like a human being, you are not disrespected, you are encouraged to have a job, attend outside AA meetings, you are allowed to have overnight visits on the weekends. The rooms are only 3 ladies per room and in a place that was a hotel, when not busy with classes or groups you are allowed a great deal of freedom. No place I was ever in compared to this women's recovery home. It was so great being treated like a decent human being and not an inmate!! Like I said, I graduated so I was there over a year-😁

I tryed to enter in the serenity house for them to quickly turn me down cause my sister was excepted there as well. Not fair at all. If they would have evaluated us both they would have seen how much more I needed it than her or maybe reconsidered turning me down.

My daughter got accepted there for much needed heroin recovery and she desperatly wanted rehab. Only to be let down by other residents constantly smoking heroin in her bedroom, bringing in alcohol..bringing in other drugs etc. People nodding out in group sessions. They have a buddy system to go on passes to narc anonymous and ended up at the other person lowlife boyfriends house. My daughter ended up jumping the fence and fleeing. Real great place.
