Don't shop here if you want to buy things just go to walmart. This store pretty much calls you out. It says that you're a thief, as you have to leave your bag when you go inside. I am not a thief I have money as i work two jobs, so I'll go to a different store and spend my money there.

I went there in 03/30/2022 to buy some balloons and decorations for my brothers birthday. I was the last customer to get checked out. The associate charging me her name is Ashley, extremely rude. She did not want to blow the balloons up for me. She said that nobody was able to stay any longer. I did let her know that I did need the balloons for that day and that it would only take them a few seconds. She said that they where unable to fill them up again, while they where filling up another customers balloons. When I stated for her to show me where did it say that they where unable to fill them up after a certain time, she told me straight up I do not have to show you anything if im telling you no is a no. Then one of her coworkers asked her for the keys to walk let her customers out and she told her straight up, “ Well he has to wait” with extreme attitude . I was shocked by not only her horrible customer service but also the way she treat her coworkers. I proceeded by telling her that she had horrible customer service and that no other party city has ever denied me the service. She laughed and said good bye. If you go to this party city in palomar try to avoid her. She is extremely rude, she is thin and wears glasses, also has super horrible blond balayage with really bad extensions.
