The whole team at Pulse is amazing. From the day I applied 2 years ago during COVID to this day have been helpful and friendly. At Pulse you will never be bored. They often have family events and events just for adults. Such as movie nights or happy hour. Maintenance is always on top of keeping the whole community clean. I love living here with my teens and pet.

I have lived in 4 different apartment complexes over the past 4 years and Pulse Millenia has by far been my favorite. The staff is amazing, the maintenance is awesome and its overall great quality of housing and amenities. My favorite thing though has been the events that the resident coordinator, Lindsay throws - they are so much fun and you get to meet the community. 10/10

Francisco with maintenance is timely clean and kind. He always keeps a clean space, wears shoe covers and is very responsive to our maintanence requests. He also is great at pinpointing the source of our request and knows when to call in extra hands. The maintenance here takes great care of the residence.
