8/18-I came to visit my daugter and upon visiting her everything was removed again now they had did a total cemetery clean up on the 10th and removed everthing and this is when I talked to someone initially from the office stating they were doing this once a month only to turn around and find out they are going to be doing this weekly . They apparently only want fresh flowers and nothing else this is so crazy that one hand says one thing and another says something different. Their manager whoever he is JC bar told me once that it was people like me that was out of compliance that were the ones who are complaining , no compassion. No empathy 4/24-when my time is done I will make it clear to my beloved ones I don't want to be buried here, it's been 1 yr and 4 months that i had my daughter buried here, so inconsistent with what they tell is OK and then turn around and says it's not. Even when it's bought up I'm always told "oh I'm sorry however it never changes. They have had so many management changes including counselor changes than I can count. It's very heart breaking to see when they throw out everything like nothing , I've been very fortunate in my time that I get to visit that I was able to remove things and put back because as a person grieving I hold onto certain things, I've seen the maintenance just throw out like it's nothing, this last time unfortunately there was only signs up to remove just Easter items but they threw out everything. I understand about having the property quote unquote wanting to have certain standards in place, but instead of just taking money because its about profits ,we want to have a final resting place for our beloved ,actually showing compassion and empathy and know you inflicting mental harm on those who come visit and see everything gone

Niesha and Victoria took very good care of me! I was very confused, lost and had never buried anyone. They made everything go smoothly. My husband is buried in a beautiful location at Rolling Hills! Thank goodness for patient loving, caring ppl ♥️

This place needs a class action lawsuit brought against them. We buy or pay high for our love ones resting place and they take our things and get rid of , throw away It's hard for us emotionally and financially. We pay for that area, which is very expensive. As long as it's not dead flowers or flat Balloons, they should leave our things alone. Especially if if things we can't replace. They just started putting out notices. Which was too late for some who had lost things that can't be replaced.

Peaceful and sad for all the people that have passed

You can contact the main office and tell them you want a location.
Can I call with names? If so, what is the name and number of contact?
Yes...Mother's day event celebration from 8:30 a.m- 4:30 p.m.
When you go into the main office provide staff with name of your loved one and they will look up their location and provide you with a map and give you directions to the specific garden. Groundskeepers are usually available to take you to exact location.
They are available soon if not now they were doing construction awhile back for that purpose.
Mr Johnson, Thank you for your inquiry. We are a cemetery only and only provide cemetery options. If your inquiry is regarding cremation then you would need to speak with a funeral home. In the event you need a recommendation please do not hesitate to let us know.
Cremations are no longer done on site in Richmond. But they have partners that cremate the remains.
Usually at 5pm but on Saturdays 3pm and Sundays there close.
You would have to call
