My first time buying a new car and with the world wide supply chain shortages, it seemed almost impossible to find the hybrid RAV4 I wanted. I had feelers out to almost 10 dealerships in total, looking for the first RAV4 I could get my hands on, and Jermaine with Hanlees, was the only dealer who consistently kept in touch with actual updates and information, instead of spam emails about sales on cars I was not interested in, like all the other dealers. Jermaine finally called me with the great news that 2 were coming in, and he set up an appointment with me for the next day to get things rolling. Everything after that point went extremely smoothly, and Jermaine and the financial team answered any and all questions I had since I was a first time buyer. They even gave me some insider tips about which warranties they personally have for their own vehicles, instead of trying push each and every warranty/additional expense. Hopefully I won’t need to buy a new car for another 20 years, but if I do, I’ll be going back to Hanlees.

Upfront and easy to deal with. Had I read all these reviews I would have probably passed by this dealership. However, I didn't so I stopped in. In less the 2 hours I was signing paperwork to make a brand new 2023 Camry mine. Financing with Felipe was easy, Anthony was great to deal with, BUT Carlos stole the show with his no nonsense get it done attitude. Friendly, intelligent and very personable. We hammered out a great deal for the car and by far the best price for my trade in! I left feeling confident in my purchase. I came back the following day to take delivery of the car, after looking at other cars all night wondering if I made the right choice, I was able to be confident that I had. I went to pick it up, it was clean, full of fuel and ready to go. In and out in under 5 minutes. Even after a night of sitting on it and doing even more research I am still very happy with the service, price and most importantly the vehicle.
