I have used them for as long as our city has had the contract with them. Most weeks I wouldn't even have garbage. The one time that I am moving and have a few extra items they refuse to pick up and want to charge a 75$ fee to pick up extra items. Additionally I was offered an extra convenience pick up a few weeks prior that I did not take them up on at the time. I would not recommend to use this company due to the ever changing pick up times and rules/price gouging.

These guys, especially the team that does my house, are awesome. I noticed that my can had been wind tipped, and pieces of wood and objects were in the street, my sidewalk, and my driveway. I was putting on clothes to put everything back into the can and when I went outside, they were already gone and ALL my items were picked up and taken away and my can left right where it’s supposed to be. A++++. Thank you. The team that does Carriage Hill on 168th and Blondo are rockstars.

The contract they have you sign is completely one sided. If you want to cancel you have a 30 day window, starting 120 days before your renewal date and you have to send the cancellation by certified or registered mail, in writing. Who does business like this?? Furthermore even though you are under contract they can raise the price at any time, and they don’t even bother to explain- the bill just rises as much as 15% from the rate you signed a “contract” for. Completely unethical and downright shady business practices. Avoid like the plague.

Our recycling driver is amazing. We just moved in to our new place and we have lots of cardboard boxes. We placed them near the street and every time we had a big load they picked all them up. Thanks so much!

Yes, as long as it's broken down into reasonably sized pieces to fit in the green cart and isn't contaminated with food, oil, etc.
If the furniture is broken down and in your toter, yes. If not, you'd have to call in to customer service and schedule a bulk pick up so a rear load truck can come out and haul it away.
In checking web site, cans will be dropped off thru the rest of the month. We have one of three right now
All container sizes/colors are delivered separately and could show up on different days. It will take the full month of April to deliver all the containers.
Yes all you have too do is call us up and we can schedule you for a replacement in short order
Yes, recycling is year round
If you live in the City of Bellevue, you can take them to the free tree dump located at 8902 Cedar Island Road. It is open on the last Saturday of the month from 8 to 12. Otherwise, you can cut them to lengths that will fit in your cart and dispose them in your trash/yard waste cart.
Yes we will. They just have to be less than 4ft long and tied in bundles. Have a wonderful weekend.
You can take used motor oil to under the sink or auto zone for safe disposal.
Yes, the number of bags we will pick up depends on where you live. City of Bellevue residents can put out an unlimited number of bags. Other customers are asked to limit to five bags per week.
Yes as long as they are 4ft in length and bundled together
Please call customer service at 402-346-7800 and we would be happy to help you!
Place it in a bag and toss it in the trash
Hi Mark, Please contact customer service at 402-346-7800 and we will get a truck to you. If we miss a pick up and you notify us right away, we will get a truck back the following day, or even the same day if the driver is still in the area.
Yes there will collection
Please don't. There are several heavy metals that will end up in the land fill from that TV. Please take it to best buy. They will recycle it reuse what they can and responsibly dispose of what they can't. Most electronics shouldn't be put in the trash especially if it has a rechargeable battery. A trash truck by my work caught on fire from compacting a battery.
According to Papillion sanitation website, all routes are back to normal. If they miss the pickup at your, location, be sure to give them a call.
It wasn't for me. It was picked up today as usual.
Based upon information I was able to find, it appears only recycling is available at Haworth park. I suggest you call Papillion sanitation or Bellevue Public works to get a more reliable answer. Neither one openly gives any clear direction on their websites.
Yes they still pickup on Martin Luther King Day
Apparently no. Papillion sanitation does not pick up Christmas trees. But I did find this information from the city of Bellevue: Tree Dump for Christmas Tree Recycling Trees will be accepted between 8:00am and 5:00pm from December 31, 2015 through January 22, 2016 The City of Bellevue will open the Old Sarpy County Landfill located at 8902 Cedar Island Road starting on Thursday December 31, 2015 for residents that need to dispose of their old Christmas Trees. Trees can be dropped off from December 31, 2015 through January 22, 2016 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm! Please remove all tree stands and decorations before drop off! For other Christmas Tree disposal sites in the area please go to http://www.wasteline.org/rcy_xmas.htm?mc_cid=19864f3e35&mc_eid=7543d6fc42
Monday, December 24: All routes are running on schedule. They will be closed Tuesday, December 25. Tuesday through Friday residential routes will be delayed one day. Friday residential routes will be serviced on Saturday.
No, we do not take glass, styrofoam, or plastic bags/film unfortunately. However, Firstar Fiber does have a glass dumping container, and there are 2 public glass dumping containers we provide at Haworth park and Banner park in Bellevue.
No it does not
Hi Diane, I assume you are a Bellevue resident and are referring to your personal trash cans that you are no longer using. Two curbside pickups are scheduled. If your trash is normally picked up on Wednesday or Thursday, we will pick up your old trash cans on Saturday, May 19. Pick up for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday routes was Saturday, May 5. If you missed this, you may also take your old containers to the City spring clean up this Saturday, May 12 at 29th and Hancock or 8252 Cedar Island Road. See the City website for more details.
May 1
