They were the only tow company to answer the phone which when looking for a tow is greatly appreciated. The truck they sent was unmarked which was a bit unnerving but turned out ok. The cost was a bit over $100 but I wholly expect to pay that much for 10pm on a Sunday. Overall a great experience and would reccomend Auto 1 towing for your vehicle moving needs.

I work as a medical courier and my car died while on my shift. I called around to several roadside emergency/towing places and no one could help. When I called Auto 1 Towing, they were able to meet me right away and were there within 15 minutes of my call. They jump started it, but it wouldn't hold, so they towed me to a car repair place. They were fast, friendly and very helpful during a very stressful situation. I was able to get my car repaired in time to get back on the road and finish my shift. Auto 1 Towing will be the first one I call if I should have future car emergencies. I am forever grateful for their help! Thanks!

I called to have my car towed when it starting having problems. The receptionist was very friendly and when James arrived to tow my car to the auto shop, he was extremely friendly and very professional. I definately would recommend using Auto 1 Towing for your car needs.

I just used this towing service, and even though they had a 2-Hour backlog, they showed up in an hour. And most importantly, they answered the phone every time I called them. Other services in Omaha went directly to voicemail. Really? When they advertise 24-Hour service? James was very professional. He had to use a dolly on my Mountaineer, because of the AWD. Also took care of rolling my windows up, because my battery was completely dead, and I couldn't get them to go up without him attaching his charger. Highly recommended. 5 Stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
