We both had the LTO Wisconsin Pub burger basket. Cheese could have been a little more melted on the burgers; as it was, it was a little cold. Fries were hot and delicious. Used the women's restroom; it was a little messy and one stall was completely out of toilet paper so created a line of women waiting to use it. Overall, good customer service from all crew we encountered though.

We pass through Clear Lake almost every other week and frequently have stopped at Culver's for food- not ever again. Ordered a caramel cashew sundae to go with the meal. The food was brought to us sans the sundae- we asked for it- the kid turned around grabbed a discarded cup of ice cream out of a sink and tried to give it to us. We said it was a caramel cashew sundae. He said no you got the flavor of the day. I said - no it was a caramel cashew Sunday- in fact I had to tell her twice cause she asked me to repeat myself. The cluster of kids started arguing with us and making snide comments - so I said if it's too much bother refund our money instead. The kid did that as the rest of the crew continued to make rude comments.

I usually love their food. The burgers and fries are fantastic. However I’ve been there several times in the last month to try to see if they can get it right. They always mess up my order. I ask for no cheese and they almost always put cheese on it so then I can’t eat it. I also ask for ketchup and they never add ketchup. But the lobby is often closed and the line is way too long to go back thru! I check my food but the runner walks away too fast before I can say anything. I don’t like to complain, but I really think they need to be double checking their orders and reading it back to the costumer at the window to insure it’s correct. I won’t be going back.

While staff was fairly friendly. Our food was disgusting. Both burgers ordered was burnt. Patties were also paper thin. Food was bland, had no flavor, dinner roll was stale and hard and not edible. Didn't get all of our food, had to go looking for the rest of our order. Then had to go back and get forks and cocktail sauce. Definitely not a place worth eating at. Was extremely disappointed as we have eaten at other Culver's and had great experiences.
