We just arrived and saw online that every room has a kitchenette. I'm assuming they think a microwave is a kitchenette. Extremely unhappy with room, it smells horrible, had to immediately clean the whole room myself. Horrible. It's false advertising to put that all rooms include kitchenette and not have a kitchenette in the room.

The only thing decent about this hotel is the price. You get what you pay for. Our room smelled like mothballs and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. There were hairs on the bathroom floor behind the toilet. The ceiling on the second floor open hallway consisted of fabric stapled up. The fabric chair in the room was filthy. The toilet ran constantly. The worst and actually dangerous was that the shower would turn scalding hot randomly without warning. I rarely if ever leave bad reviews but this hotel needs to step up its game. We prepaid with no refunds, but we seriously considered forfeiting the money to stay elsewhere.

awful. absolutely awful. 3 of us arrived expecting to check into our room with 3 beds and a kitchenette. once we get to our “room” there is no heat, the lights don’t work, and a single king bed. not what we had booked. plus, the whole building smelled like an ashtray. after letting the front desk know that this is not the room we booked the “manager” tells us there are no other rooms available so they can’t make accommodations. we get online to see what rooms they have available, the room we booked was available, there were actually 2. instead of helping us she went to the back room and was whispering to someone for the 20 minutes we stood there trying to figure something out. management was very unprofessional, not helpful, and extremely rude. i will never go back. so spend a couple extra dollars to go somewhere else. i would give 0 stars if i could.

Dogs barking in a room down the hall 24/7. Entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. Dogs barking again at 4am, had to leave hotel for another. Wanted refund, owner wanted to give me 'points' instead! Door to room wouldn't latch, door to outside was unlocked all the time, and what appeared to be a homeless person was camped on the stairway!!! I've stayed in a wide variety of hotels for both business and pleasure, and this is by far the worst I've been in. Even worse than the room I stayed in with a body outline on the floor and crime scene tape still present! I tried for a resolution, but now I'm forced to spread the word across all travel sites. OSHA will also be looking at this place, as there were several safety issues present as well.
