I’m disappointed by the lack of autopay and lack of payment date reminders (even though I signed up to receive them). Website and mobile app feel like they haven’t been updated in years.

I got through right away and the operator was courteous and respectful, but here's the thing. They charged my account twice, and when I called them they correct it, I was told I have to wait on a refund check, and since it's under 200$ they can hold it for 10 business days before they release it. Why? Any other business or company can automatically refund your money via debit/bank account but this company can't? And they can just sit on it before they send it? Why am I being penalized for your companys mistake? Makes no sense.

So far, so good!, I have no complaints, the person I talked to on the phone was very helpful and courteous.

This company is an absolute joke.

I’m asking xcel energy credit bill for as long as it takes to restore it tonight
It will happen when trees come in contact with the primary wires. Call xcel and report it. They'll have vegetation management go out and trim the trees.
That's not a question that can be answered on Google. I believe usually they have some sort of info on the Xcel website don't they?
No credit necessary to open an account with Xcel Energy
You are responsible for the tree. Trees are not supposed to be planted under power lines. If they are you are responsible for trimming
No they do not, your best bet is to search your particular thermostat on YouTube it should give you step by step on how to do it
11:15 tonight
