Had an appointment at 6pm showed up 15 minutes early. I still had to wait 45 minutes! 2 people showed up after I did, one of those was 15 minutes late for her appointment and was still seen before me! Every time I go they take forever!! Never again

Made an appointment three weeks in advance drove 45 minutes I got a call 15 minutes before my appointment saying that none of their practitioners showed up and I had to reschedule. Won’t give me even one month supply of birth control to hold me over until I can get in for their mistake. Can’t wait two months to get birth control pills what a joke

All the staff was extremely helpful answering all my questions and easing my anxiety. They were quick with the check up, told me exactly what was happening, joked with me to keep me calm, and was able to have a very clear conversations about BC, tests, shots, ect. I feel dumb for not seeing them sooner. If anyone is nervous or putting off an appointment I highly recommend their offices!
