I got a gel pedicure and I was very pleased with their service. The environment is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I came on a Sunday afternoon and they got me right in. The gentleman that did my pedicure was very fun and liked to joke around and he gave me a nice leg and foot massage. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the polish is a little sloppy.

A friend and I came in for pedicures and requested the same "royal" pedicure treatment. What we received were not at all the same and I don't think either of us even received the full "royal" package. I did not even receive callus removal. My massage lasted all of 30 seconds, limited to only the bottoms of my feet, and the entire pedicure was over within 20 minutes. That time also included the pedicurist going back and forth because they could not find the correct color I had requested. My leg mud mask was as if they were almost out and needed to stretch what was left for the rest of the week; Got two little dabs and hardly spread it out. The hot towels were lukewarm. After getting home and inspecting further, I have nail polish all on the skin around my toenails and no clean up was even attempted. My pedicure was also nearly over before my friends' had even begun. We gave this place a chance because of the great reviews, but don't trust it. You will feel rushed and scammed. There are much better local nail salons that will be attentive and actually give you what you pay for.

Initially: Firm 3 stars for this joint. Walked in for a gel polish change. Woman caught my fingers 3 times w/ the dremel she was using to take the old gel off. 99% of places file/shape your nails a little w/ a polish change—not here. She just painted over what I walked in with. You can see in the picture that the paint job is sloppy (there’s gel on my nail beds such that my fingertips & nails were stuck together at the conclusion of the service). While the woman was prompt with her service, it was clear to me that she spoke/understood no English. I complimented her probably 3 times, and made a few other small talk type remarks during the service to strike up a conversation but she either didn’t respond or just giggled and said nothing. Awkward. I would NOT recommend this place for gel polish changes. Tangentially, the salon on the whole is SUPER DUSTY. Ick. Definitely has room to improve. UPDATE (1wk later): see updated picture—crummy gel is peeling/chipping badly. I just called the salon per Owner’s request (response to my original review). I was calm and polite in my delivery saying that I was the gal who posted the review and that I’d just like to come in and have it taken off. The woman on the phone didn’t apologize for my experience at all, but hurriedly got off the phone with a “come in when you have time”—clearly not interested in salvaging a customer relationship. My review now drops to 2 stars. CanNOT recommend this place for nail OR customer service.

Me and my sister decided to go get our nails done and called this place and they had us come in right away! We barely waited 10 minutes before they started doing our nails. From my experience, i don’t remember the name of the person who did my nails but she did them very well. She checked every angle made sure they were all the same length and shape. She made them nice and smooth. The lady who painted my nails did a wonderful job and got this design spot on. I definitely will be going back!
