Love love my nails. Mia and Mia nails was recommended to me and I am very very pleased with the service, the work done and the people. I was needing to switch from who I had been going for my nails as their technique was NOT working for me and it was ruining my nails underneath. I have thin smooth natural nails and small nail beds. Mia was able to see the problem, removed the old set, treated my natural nails and did a new set. She did an AMAZING job! The nails look natural, nice and thin, make my hands look longer AND I haven’t had a nail come loose yet! My nail beds are starting to heal and are not sore anymore. I am beyond happy with Mia nails. They treated me like a close friend and family and were so sweet! . I have found my new nail salon on the south hill. Thank you Mia!

I got my nails done here today and they look good. I was shown the service menu prior to starting. They asked me to upgrade my pedicure 4 times, when all I wanted was a basic. The total for my nails should have been $75, but they charged me $100 total. After my nails were trimmed, the lady asked "How do they look?" I asked her to trim a certain nail, and she said "You told me not to do that." HUH??? Lol...anyway, with my past visits, I usually spent around $150-$175 because I would include waxing. Honestly I think this isn't the nail place for me. Too much upselling, rushed job, dishonest pricing.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years and have always been impressed. Recently I went in and told them I only wanted a pedicure l, due to not being able to get Acrylics due to being a healthcare worker. I was told my pedicure was only 25 and the lady half way through told me it was going to be 40 for a basic pedicure. I don’t mind paying for a good quality pedicure, but I do mind being told a different amount then what the sign says. Mind you this was a basic pedicure, no gel. I won’t be returning back until they are more consistent with their prices and not try and overcharge. Friendly customer service and clean building.

They are really nice, I like finding fun designs for my nails, and so far each design they are able to do. I would suggest to call ahead and make an appointment or you could have a long wait time, but they try and fit you in when they can. Their prices are not bad at all, I've been to other nail salons and paid more for my designs.
