Have rented several times from Enterprise at the Spokane Airport and the downtown office and every interaction has been pleasant. Sometimes I don't get the answer I want but that doesn't mean that the representatives weren't helpful and courteous. Will always check with Enterprise for availability first!

Always reliable with good customer service. Not the cheapest rental car option but the cars are always clean and in good condition at pickup so it is worth a few extra dollars. Loyalty program has some perks if you rent a few times a year. Easy pickup and drop-off at Spokane Airport. Book online for better prices and they close around 11pm. No. Enterprise is one of the best car rental places that you could ever rent from. However, their rules and regulations are extremely tight. They do not take any form of regular cash.
Talk to the sales agent and they will let you know what you need to do.
