Is there an option for minus stars? DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!!!! Two days after my aunt was there, we found out they lost all her clothes, shoes, glasses, and phone. When we were allowed to finally see her they brought her out with raggedy clothes and someone’s else’s glasses. During the visit I also over heard someone else complain that their family member was taken home they left them with someone else’s prescriptions and oxygen tanks that were not theirs, and had to bring them back to the nursing home. Which worries me if my aunt is getting the correct medication. Also, her the care for her basic hygiene is as abysmal. Her hair was so dirty, don’t think they bathed her, and her nails were wayyyyyy too long and dirty as ever. The nurses would also come out from the patient halls with no masks, and my aunt caught covid there and was in a coma due to her throwing up choking and no one helping her before it was too late. This place needs a deep cleaning of the facilities and staff. It’s YOUR job to take care of our family members that are in their worst state it’s YOUR job, not some volunteer weekend shift. GET IT TOGETHER!

My 99-year-old grandmother was placed here and my family had a poor experience. Building is run down and gross, staff is unhelpful, and quality of care is questionable. She declined so much but the staff waited before notifying us. Most importantly, very disappointed in the insensitive phone call my father received after she passed away. (Based on what I know it appears that Sullivan Park did not follow Washington State's COVID-19 guidelines and I will be contacting the Health Department for an investigation.)

My mother has been in the Sullivan Park facility for 5 years. The care is good, the facilities are very clean and the staff does their best to care for residents. Certainly there are instances when an exception occurs, but when brought to their attention, they take immediate action.
