If I could put a 0 I would. I went in with concerns that I was having complications from a colon infection I'd been suffering from for 6 weeks (lots of bleeding, nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, etc.). After checking me in and taking my vitals, they made me wait 7 1/2 hours before they triaged me only for the nurse practitioner (not the triage nurse. She was amazing and was very concerned about my well being.) to tell me they couldn't do anything and sent me home. I was so furious because even though I told her I'd done everything my primary care doctor told me to do (and everything this nurse practitioner was telling me to do) and nothing was working, she refused to treat me. The triage nurse asked if they were giving me an IV and the practitioner said, "No, she doesn't need it." I went to a different ER the next day because my doctor was very concerned about me and not only did they get me in within an hour, but gave me an IV, anti-nausea meds, did blood work for anemia and a few other things, and did a CT scan of my abdomen. Please, for your own health and safety, go ANYWHERE else. This is not the only time I have been treated poorly at this ER.

Went to the pediatric emergency department for infant eye infection. We were seen in a timely manner and, most importantly, staff and MD were all knowledgeable and friendly. Available equipment for infant care was good.

Not a real hospital Over charge patients give minimal care. Dehumanizing patience is one of their best qualities that they have acquired since becoming Providence and they're no longer sacred heart the nurses and doctors and staff are absolutely atrocious towards people that come to the hospital needing care it is a disgusting facility to see what it's turned into with the money grabbing Providence at charge the staff and nurses in the ER treat people significantly worse than others truly disappointed in the way that things have gone saddest part is is that people are dying because you're treating people bad you're treating people and humane and decently having behind your covid policies but you're not preventing any type of safety for anyone. You're not worried about protecting people from covid you're not worried about protecting yourself from covid but your world worried about is having beyond belief a power trip of money hungry grabbing people that don't do their jobs your staff are inefficient and inadequate. The care that you give reflects that

My 4 year old daughter broke her arm and from the moment we arrived here we felt so taken care of. My husband and I are skeptical of hospitals especially when it comes to our kids. But they took what could have been a traumatic experience for a 4 year old (and parents) and made it one filled with laughs and positivity. They took the time to explain everything in a way our daughter could understand. Every single person we interacted with was top notch. Kind, caring, very informative and quick. The way the staff worked together so seamlessly was mind blowing to my husband and I. We will be here again if another emergency arises. Thank you Sacred Heart Children’s Emergency Room.
