This place is awesome!! Seriously - they’re going to be my go-to auto repair shop from now on. Called them in the morning and told them my serpentine belt flew off while I was driving. They said they could take a look at it and told me to get it towed to the shop. They were able to replace my serpentine belt for me IN THE SAME DAY and charged a normal, fair price for it too. It’s a relief knowing you have an honest mechanic not trying to upcharge you. Love this place!!!

Ended up with a flat this morning after my tire came off the rim. Threw the spare on and gave this place a call since they were nearby. Bought two tires and was done the same day! They were able to fit me in and have the car finished up very quickly. I am very pleased with the speed and service of this shop. They were honest with me and are very reasonably priced. The mechanics here are always very up front about what repairs are essential, which ones can wait, how long you can safely push off a repair, and how much things are going to cost. They're good at answering my often questions without being condescending or impatient. I'm always surprised at how fast they turn around my car. Most importantly, they always call before making any decisions. I just went in for a brake job after finding out that my rear brakes were about to go. They called and said my front brakes could use replacement, too, but they could wait another few months if I wanted to save up money. I appreciate that they didn't just do a full brake job without calling me, even though when I dropped it off I didn't specify which brakes I wanted replaced. In the past, they've called me letting me know that they didn't think the repair I requested was worthwhile, saving me hundreds of dollars that I was able to put towards a newer car. I usually have to schedule a repair or oil change a few days in advance, but my car has always been ready the same day that I dropped it off. They also have an option to drop off your car after hours the night before your appointment, which is very convenient. I've been going to SE Auto for years, and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.
