Not honest at all. They don't mention fees before brining your car in. If they mentioned a fee before hand I would have went with other options. After exploring other options locally.. Everyone is half as expensive. They pray off people to either get you to over pay or pay them a massive service charge compared to other places. They refused to give keys back. Watch out.

Honest-1 provided great customer service. I had a emergency repair needed while moving back to Minneapolis. My car was full of all my possessions so I didn't want it outside for long waiting for service. They got me in quickly and repaired everything in one day so my things were safe! And my car was fixed.
