I purchased a used Ford escape and the next day I was stranded with the car not starting. We called and James the Sales Manager stayed after closing until we got there and made arrangements for the battery to be replaced and to have the car delivered to my work the next morning. And they did just that. But it got worse when the car wouldn't start again after replacing the battery. The shop foreman came to me, figured out the issue, got me back to the dealership and got me a rental for the night while they fixed. Oh but it gets better. After they changed the starter I got stranded again. I managed to get it to the dealership and had lost complete faith in my purchase. I wanted out of the Escape and into a new vehicle. And Dave Smith Nissan did just that. They were so helpful and caring through the whole ordeal and continued to go above and beyond despite the fact they had no obligation to, given it was used. James the Sales Manager even called me while on his vacation to reassure me they would take care of me. To top it off, the salesman Todd even shuttled me to pickup my kiddos from school while they finished detailing the new Nissan. While a series of unfortunate events, I couldn't be more pleased with the world class service and resolution. We were and will continue to be Dave Smith customers for life.
