Our AC has been leaking for the last month and the first time they came out, it had stopped and said if it started again to let them know. Well low and behold, it started again and this time it’s much worse. We called Maintance (which took days to get a hold of the office. Manager is never in there) but once they finally showed up, they put a filter in (hasn’t had one this entire time might I add) but that wasn’t the issue. The maintenance man couldn’t get to the AC itself from just the normal spot so he went into the crawl space in my closet. Insulation fell everywhere and I didn’t think anything of it. Well he couldn’t get in through there due to two huge pipes being in the way. So he finds another solution (after being gone for over an hour to “get another ladder” he instead came back with shop vacuums) he redid the piping for the draining of the AC pan (picture under my sink) used my trash can to catch the extra water and then for the black mold that was behind the smoke detector, he used bleach and it didn’t work. Instead the mold has moved lower down where my daughter and my cat can easily touch it. I’m dumping that big silver bowl twice a day because the AC leaks so much and my carpet is soaked beneath it. My daughter, who is two, keeps trying to play in the water. We called them again to say the leak hasn’t stopped and it’s been two days without any word. I’m sick and tired of this and I’m about to head to the news with it. So many issues here and do not recommend.

Are you actually kidding me? This is unacceptable. They stopped paying the trash bill so the city stopped picking it up. Finally they did, and they took the dumpsters with them. This apartment complex is an absolute dumpster fire. The lady in the office is a liar and is very unprofessional, i don’t understand how her and the maintenance man are employed but this is ridiculous. This is the second time our water has been shut off in one week with no notice. Sewage is coming up in our bathtubs, AC hasn’t worked in god knows how long and now i can’t even shower and my apartments at least 90 degrees. This is a whole court battle waiting to happen, if you care about yourself, LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Alicia will do nothing but lie and get money out of you because she’s a bully and knows the complex can’t afford their bills so she’ll make you feel like you have to pay but you don’t. Legally this complex is unloveable. Surely the health department will show soon. Take my advice, RUN.

Under no circumstances should anyone ever rent here. A quarter of the aparments nearly burned down and the real tragedy is that it was only a quarter of them. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

I have lived here for about a year and a half. Since I have been here we have had 3 different apartment managers. Charity was awesome she worked hard to improve the apartments always worked to make sure all our needs and issues were addressed. Charity was kind and welcoming and never too busy to fix an issue. However since she was replaced the apartments have been devastatingly worse in such a short amount of time. I think 1 of the 7 or 8 washers is currently working. The office manager is very rude and shows no interest in his tenants or the property. The parking lots are covered in trash the lawn and sidewalks are not be tended to.my husband and I are extremely unsatisfied with the apartments and the lack of motivation from the new apartment manager. We will not be renewing our lease and are looking for a new place to live. It is sad to see our home go down hill so quickly. Charity worked so hard to make these apartments livable and appealing and ever since she has been gone we have been overwhelmed by the lack of effort taken in caring for so many peoples homes. Our apartments was broken into about a month ago and when I tried to talk to the new apartment manager he blew me off said to give him 10 minutes and I never saw him again. I definitely wouldn't recommend moving here.
