The location is amazing, with a few options for parking nearby. I loved the roof access for cooking with a skyline view. We could walk anywhere downtown quickly, and also had quick highway access to go to work or leave town. The apartments are unique, but hastily constructed. There were still pencil marks on the walls and paint around every outlet and towel rack, as well as paint drops on the floors, and holes in the cabinet backs from missing the studs during installation. We could hear every footstep of our neighbors above us, as well as every conversation from the hallway due to the interior windows, so we had to sleep with earplugs. Upon leaving, they took almost the entire deposit, citing "cleaning fees" due to Covid, which wasn't in the lease, and the apartment was left spotless, cleaner than when we moved in. They also cited maintenance and repairs costs, but never sent the itemized list of the damages after we requested it. The windows didn't open to the exterior, and the vent over the stove just sent the filtered air back out above the microwave, so the apartment got extremely stuffy and always smelled like the last thing we cooked for several days. I might have enjoyed my stay there more if I stayed in a unit with functioning exterior windows and no upstairs neighbors.

Love East End Village Apartments! The location is perfect for Downtown living and the new management is really going above and beyond with serving the residents of our community. We can tell there's been a serious improvement since Atlas is gone and would highly recommend living here now! Looking forward to great summer nights on the rooftop patios! :)

I have lived here for three years and can honestly say it's my favorite apartment. Great location downtown where everything is walkable. Very cool industrial feel to the apartment with concrete floofl and updated appliances. I was the first to live in my unit so there were a few issues with construction, but the staff has always been very proactive in handling them . Would definitely recommend!

East End Village is a great concept but was terribly executed. I lived here for a period of one year and it was the worst apartment experience I have ever had. During my one year here, the property management changed three different times. That should tell you just how poorly managed and organized this place is. The windows in the apartment do not open, yet every single one of them leaked water when it rained. This was never fixed. The heating and air conditioning unit shorted out and stopped working at least once a week. Management would come and reset it, but never fix it. I could go on. It's a typical money hungry developer from out of state trying to extract as much profit out of the tenants as possible. Don't be wooed by their promises of amenities and perks, you'll never receive them.

The Tulsa Federal Credit Union is @ the North East corner of 4th/ Elgin, also the city bus use to have a stop on the South East corner. THESE are what I have been @ the East End area. You will have to ask the management. Sorry, I live in a house way, way out in North Tulsa.
