The employees do not understand food safety. They do not change their gloves after touching everything in the restaurant including cleaning rags. Gloves are NOT to keep your hands clean, it's to keep cross contamination. It's very disgusting. Employees also walk in the back then come back with same gloves and start touching food! When they change gloves they do not wash their hands before handling new gloves. If management does not do something I will personally report all Jersey Mike's to the health department. This is the 3rd restaurant I have witnessed thiz.
