This review is for the Occupational Health Center at Oracle park in Mission Bay, San Francisco. I first visited this clinic 6 years ago when I had a knee injury. The experience was great. Now I’m back for another injury and it’s the same experience. Staff is very nice and helpful. Doctors and Physical Therapists are knowledgeable and professional. I’ve learned a lot and have always felt comfortable. The office is connected to Oracle Park and right on the water at the South Beach Harbor. But even for this busy part of town I was able to easily find parking which is validated. Also once you step in the doors the office is quiet and relaxed. Physical Therapy is quiet and not crowded. The facility has very nice equipment and the office is clean. I live on the peninsula, it’s an easy drive in and staff try to assist with scheduling so as not to have an appointment when ball game will effect traffic. I recommend this clinic to anyone needing Physical Therapy and/or needing a Doctor for Occupational Health.

My wife had a kidney stone and we had to call an ambulance. The paramedics were kind, compassionate and very professional. She was taken to Saint Francis memorial hospital where she had the best of care. Dr Chow was the most amazing emergency doctor! Nurse Ketto went above and beyond for her care. Thank you to all the care givers she had.

I have been coming to St. Francis Hospital prior to my kidney transplant in 2002. I am still and will always be grateful for all the medical staff and even the outpatient registration people who have treated me with compassion and dignity, most especially at the time when I had a problem with my insurance . Mark from the laboratory was exceptionally accommodating when I needed to send my lab works to a different hospital (UCSF) for my yearly post transplant evaluation. I also want to make a special mention about another person during my recent visit. Joel Tan from the radiology department. He explained everything thing to me as clearly as possible and made everything bearable especially when I was swallowing some stuff in my mouth as they were taking x-ray pictures. Human Kindness is very much alive in that hospital!! Thank you!

Dr.Knee was great and the front desk staff and nurses were good. However I had an 8:30 am appointment and arrived on time, but waited till almost 10 before I was checked in and then waited intense room for Dr. Knee to see me for another 15 minutes. I understand things happen on medical practices that put providers behind, but best practice would be to inform the patient what’s going on.

They have valet parking.
The 19 Polk stops two blocks from there if u get off on Sutter....
You will have to go back to the hospital and ask to talk with someone about it so that they can resend it or make sure it's the right Walgreens
