Moved here two years ago. Linda, office manager, is always pleasant . Larry, maintenance, goes above and beyond and is available and responsive to any issue. I enjoy the bright, natural light that comes through my windows. Trash room on each floor, which is kept very clean by John from maintenance. Laundry rooms on each floor also. I have no complaints! Only reason I gave 4 stars and not five, parking lot of course, gets plowed and it is renter's responsibility to shovel car out. Would be great if there was assistance with that. I don't know what it's like in other senior apartment complexes. But I realize this is Buffalo!

Linda was extremely rude when trying to reach out to the property owners. She hung up on me and told me to "Look It Up!" Very rude!
