If you're having any problems with your Mac go Here! I dropped my computer off at two different locations in berkeley, fix your Mac was the worst! 5 days later and they hadn't even looked at it. My hard drive was ancient. Techsavies installed a new hard drive, transferred my data and helped me problem solve for a reasonable price. A few months into the stay at home work order my laptop would not boot; it did not even recognize that I had Windows on it and had defaulted to the initial HP set up screen. I left a message before the business opened; a bit later Robert called me back and invited me in. I dropped off my laptop, and he found my data, saved it, and then wiped and reloaded Windows 10. I got my computer back the same day, which is a big deal when the world is working from home and our offices are unavailable. I appreciate how Robert worked to get me my data and computer back the same day. I waited a month to write this review, in order to see how everything works, and I would definitely return to this business.
