My mom got hurt at the Walmart in Derby. Had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance after falling on the uneven entrance. The only reason we were even at Walmart is because they paid the city of Wichita her trash bill by accident so we had to go back twice for them to fix their mistake. I am very disappointed. I haven't had so many issues with them ever.

Not my favorite place or Walmart Supercenter to shop at. There’s always so much stuff in the aisles, things are disorderly, and the lights are so dim that it makes it feel so dreary inside. It’s also hard to get help in the garden center. Finally, they often keep the garden center closed, making it very difficult to purchase anything heavy that’s displayed in the parking lot, such as soil, stone, pavers, etc.

Only 2 available checkout lanes open and 7 people in each this is absolutely not customer friendly or COVID safe. They want to provide zero customer service as well as inflate prices. It's time for a Walmart and all retail protest to regain customer services. Front end lead is ANDREW. Who happened to be my cashier. I even thanked myself for shopping at Walmart.

Pharmacist Jonathan is remarkable. He takes his time to explain new meds, answers questions and truly cares about customers! Kathy G is always helpful and ready to make sure the experience in the pharmacy is a stress-free as possible. All of the staff are remarkable. So glad this is my pharmacy now. I have confidence they will help amd really do care about customers.
