are employees allowed to flirt and hang on each other while at work? Because the last few times I've been up there I've seen 2 making out in your smoke areas. Is that really allowed?

As someone who has worked for wal-mart in the past my answer is no definitely not!! I guess unless its a really ghetto walmart!!

I would think that would be considered one of the most important rules of what not to do on the job in any store, factory, etc. Sure there are going to be those that just don't care. I've personally never seen that.
