The young men in the lumber department went above and beyond while helping me this morning. They saw me looking at decking and used their big muscles to grab 32 pieces of it off of the shelf and loaded my cart for me, and then one of the boys even came outside with me and helped me load it into my truck! They were also very knowledgeable and easily led me to all of the other items I was having trouble finding. They were super friendly and had a whole conversation with me about my deck while they were assisting me. Great smiling faces the whole time too! 😊😊😊😊 It was the best customer service I have ever received! 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Derby store is very clean, and the staff are Excellent in assisting you find items, and most are quite knowledgeable about the products they sale. Check out was pretty quick, even for a weekend. I've been using this store quite a bit for my remodeling. Even when Lowes didn't have an item I needed, the staff person suggested Ace Hardware (which they did have the item).

Great experience. The guy in the appliances area was really helpful. I recommend this store! They have more than you can imagine when it comes to home improvement, tools, home decor, and lawn care. Definitely worth checking out! If they don’t have a specific color in the appliance you choose, they can order it for you. Often if it’s not in a store, it’s stocked in their local warehouse, which only takes a few days to arrive. If it’s not in the warehouse, however, I recommend placing an order online or through their mobile app. It will arrive quicker than if they place the order for you, at least that’s what the guy who helped us said.

Has to be one of the best Lowes I've ever been to. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They take the time to help and walk you to the item(s) you need. The fact that I am female has zero bearing on anything.
