Haven’t been able to even use this place since they open after I go to work, and are closed before I get home. What kind of ridiculous hours are these.

I recommend these guys if you are in a pinch and need your passport renewed ASAP. Paul was the gentleman who helped me through the process. I had international travel planned, problem was, I realized my passport was expired a mere 2 weeks before my departure. To make matters worse, covid restrictions had just been lifted and I found myself in the same boat as thousands of others. Booking an appointment directly with the government agencies was impossible, and most other third party companies were either not picking up the phone or had no availability. To make matters worse, my middle name was misspelt on my expired passport... further complicating my renewal process. This company worked through all of this mess and was able to get the job done. They work on the back end with the government agencies and have appointment slots that the general public do not have access to, FYI. My one (minor) wish is that they clearly mapped out all the charges I would end up seeing up front... They quoted me a price which ended up only being the fee they charge to guarantee the appointment with the government. I later realized that I also had to pay the passport renewal fee on top of that plus some expedite mail fees. All said and done, and considering the circumstances and how important my trip was, I am extremely happy with the service though

Charged $1 per paper for printing services. I understand they need to make money but OMG this is so expensive. Go to your local library or FedEx print and go where they’ll charge you 10 cents per page

Ever since the management took over, every experience I've had here was terrible. I went in for my passport photos & the young girl took them incorrectly which delayed my passport process. I also went in to print, scan & email some documents & the older man was on his cell phone the entire time, unwilling to scan anything. He would just wave me away. When he finally hung up, he had the worst attitude. My documents were printed incorrectly & he said it wasn't his fault & to go somewhere else. Sir, if you don't wanna be in business just close or go work somewhere else
