Modest hotel, great price for one night passing through the city. Very professional and friendly employees. Was clean and honestly looked better than a 400$ room I stayed in New York 😡 (still mad about that)

First of all it smells. Like everywhere. Each floor has its own unique, nasty smell. The front desk closes at night and all that’s left is a security guard (that you have to call) who can’t help you do anything. Need linens? Security doesn’t do that. And on the weekend, the front closes at 4 pm. No housekeeping at all during the week. Didn’t get any towels until about 6 or 7 hours after we checked in. Not very friendly service. Extremely slow elevator. Hope you’re not planning on cooking, because although there’s a small stovetop, there are no pots/pans/plates/ANYTHING for cooking. No hangers in the “closet”. Asked for an ironing board/iron and was told “someone’s using it.” So for this whole hotel, there’s only one iron and ironing board? Had mysterious water leaking up from the floor although I was not on the first floor. Terrible water pressure in the shower. One of the most unfortunate hotel stays I’ve ever had and would avoid at all costs.

This place has treated me well and made me feel at home. Their staff is diligent, attentive and most of all... they're real. They value people here and do their best to accommodate thier guest. I am here living in a transition home but it doesn't feel like I'm transitioning anything. I have everything I need for all my needs!😁 Hot water works, Oven and stove tops works, TV works, Internet is free and FREE COFFEE ☕...MMM HMMM. It's prefurnished with nice looking furniture and all you have to do is pay one fee. They can do Daily, Weekly or EVEN MONTHLY OPTIONS. I appreciate them alot and the Lady who runs the place is professional, blunt and easy on the eyes. If your coming here I guarantee your stay here will be a enjoyable one. I promise you I don't give reviews like these normally but they deserve it. Keep up guys. God Bless You All

Ive had such a pleasant experience here! The guest and especially the staff have been so sweet, kind, and accommodating! Brie and Jamie have been the highlight of my stay! I highly recommend this place
