If you try calling no one will answer. If you leave a voicemail no one will get back to you-ever. Went to the scale to talk to the guy there to get a number or someones contact he gave me attitude the whole time I was there as if he was bothered to help. If I could give zero stars I would.

bad customer service. guy at the scale has attitude problem. i came back after one year to this landfill, same guy is working and same problem. i like the landfill. it’s very clean, safe and roads are very smooth. all other employees were nice. just because of that guy, i don’t want to come here. he was very rude and disrespectful. if he doesn’t like you he would waste your so much time and make you come back all day at scale for tare weight, no matter you come ten times in a day. he doesn’t care how big is the line and how many people are waiting back there. i talked to many drivers and they said the same thing. so this time i decided to give my feedback.

The service was horrible the driver never picked up my garbage cans and he even circle back twice and still did not pick up the garbage cans he did a bad job

Doesn't matter. They are not open to the public. You have to use a transfer station. Antioch or Martinez.
The best way to get that info would be to call them. However I do not think that this specific location is open to the public. I think they only take commercial waste.
This is not a public site, in what area do you need monthly service?
This place is a dump. What else do you expect?
