The staff are friendly, but, like the last management staff, no one ever returns a call, or responds to an online message. The maintenance guys are good when you can actually get them. Like everywhere else in Tulsa, they have roaches.

No place is perfect, but you cannot beat the price & location. We’re literally right next door to several highway interchanges. Parking is a nightmare & other residents do not care about you or your property. They’re very dog & child friendly here. Cool amenities: internal playground structure for the kids, fireplaces, large balconies, spacious walk-in closets, huge pantry/laundry room (washer/dryer hookups), small dog park, gym, & pool. No ceiling fans in bedrooms, no bathroom/linen storage, electric oven/stove, & don’t even think about ordering anything from Amazon. There is always a lot of foot traffic around the apartments & the general area. The office staff are amazing. Always friendly & I really enjoy talking to them. The maintenance man is unbelievably kind to me, even though we have to use google translate to communicate. I haven’t lived here very long, but I really enjoy living here for the reasons aforementioned & more.
