Location! *** One of the best for downtown living. Great floor plans and amenities. Tamara is friendly, fun, accommodating, and fair. Low maintenance and entertaining to be within walking distance of all the urban venues and restaurants. It would be 5-stars, but the parking has some limitations.

My husband and i are empty nesters and have called The Flats home for a year now. We’ve been delighted with every aspect of our time here. My husband walks to work, the best restaurants nearby, concerts at Guthrie green, One Oak field for baseball games and the BOK center. We love our clubhouse and outdoor rooftop overlooking the Brady district, gym, private board room, private garage parking and dry cleaning pick up/drop off service to name just a few things. We’ve not regretted the decision one day!
