They raise the rent by $25-$50 a year to $477. They also force you to pay $35 a month for a company to cut your grass for you, even if you can do it yourself. They put notices on your door saying you owe hundreds in late fees for not re-signing a lease, even though they never asked you to. Only notifying you after the fines piled up. No manager for months. Corporate will never call you back. You can only talk to an answering machine. I would not recommend renting here.

There's no one ever at the office and don't bother calling because they never answer, you leave a message and no one returns your call, that is if you're lucky the voicemail isn't full . You can never get ahold of anybody.They charge you an extra monthly fee for mowing and cleaning, and guess what? The people that do it do an awful job. Ex: they mow and leave the trash and leaves all up on your home, plus dirty it up by blowing all the dirt on your home. On top of that, when it's winter, they don't clean up the leaves, and they still charge you all those extra winter months where they don't do anything. They keep raising the rent , adding extra maintenance fees, and have extreme poor service. If you want to live in a place where they don't take care of their community, this is it! They should call this place The Ghosting Hill. Once you sign on the dotted line, that is it you are done welcome to extra fees and no one to address issues or anyone to hold accountability too.

This place is the worst. Been looking to buy a trailer there and for weeks calling and going by and still not a soul to be found on the property and no one has returned my messages. If you currently live here I truly feel for you getting things done must be impossible.

Very clean, well kept mobile home community. I lived there for a year, and I never had any problems with getting any work done, i.e. my A/C went out in the middle of summer, and there were 2 maintenance men there until almost 8pm just to make sure I had A/C overnight. The community manager Amy is an amazing community manager and is always on top of any issues that may arise. I never had one single issue with my neighbors, anyone in the community, or anyone outside of the community. Very clean, affordable, and safe to live in. 5 stars for sure, 10 stars if I could give them!
