I got 3 quarter pounders and 2 of them were raw my little brother ate his too fast for us to notice but judging by the other 2 raw ones I'd think his was too me and my girlfriend were halfway through ours when we noticed I tried calling the store but nobody ever answers its horrible and gross never eating mcdonlads again as this isn't the first time

Update.... they are getting ruder by the day. So today I was having an issue with my account, so I went in to pay. The lady was very nasty, popping her lips, like it was a problem. I asked her for one second to pull it up. She huffed and puffed so much. I told her she was rude and needed to have a little patience. Needless, to say,, I told her nevermind because she was so nasty about it.. I've done years of food service, and NEVER HAVE I EVER TREATED A PERSON LIKE SHE DID. I WONT BE BACK!! Learn some customer service, WOW McDonald's, this is what you all are allowing now.

I bought 2 coke and they gave me 2 sprite and at the bottom of the cup there was hair and metal inside the mc Donald cup compre 2 coke y me dieron 2 sprite y en el fondo de el cup tenia pelos y metal dentro de el cup de mc Donald

Came in around 7:00 - 7:15 this morning. The manager was rude and dismissive. She told me to order from some machine. I told her I wasn't very good at that and she rolled her eyes. I understand the drive thru was busy, but there was no reason for her behavior. I was polite and waited patiently. She finally came over and took my order then proceeded to make me wait without attempting to get my food. A nice young lady employee came over and asked me what I ordered and proceeded to take care of it. The manager needs training on customer care.
