This is how I work, this is customer service at it's finest, building and establishing bonds with the customers, their children and the community, alot of restaurants and other businesses have lost touch with this principal including us (McDonald's) This lil guy and his grandparents comes in every Friday just to visit with me for over a month now like clock work and I always make sure he has the newest happy meal toy. Wish and hope that this can be an example of customer service, an example for all customer service based employees! It's not hard to do!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, the manager I just got off the phone with was rude and didn’t handle the call professionally at all. I went through the drive through and got the wrong order (again) and now nothing is being done about it, I’m told I need a receipt but I was never given one. I understand people scam, but I don’t eat beef and I simply want my money back or something done about this. Besides this incident, this McDonald’s is up on my list of worst places I’ve been to. They always forget stuff for my order, give me the wrong order, they are sloppy, the Parking lot looks trashy every time I pull up, and the workers either don’t care or they are purely slow minded individuals. I’m seriously taking my business elsewhere after this. I feel for anyone who has to deal with the team I just dealt with. You should be ashamed of how you run your store and treat customers.

I almost never post ratings, but feel I need to about the service I received at this McDonald's. I guess using the word 'service' is a stretch! The lady at the drive thru was rude as @#$&!! I couldn't hear her because the lawn service working on the McDonald's was using leaf blowers to clear the grass from the parking lot and when I asked her to repeat her question she said 'oh my God, are you deaf'??!!? I just sat there stunned. I didn't even finish placing my order. I pulled out and drove an extra mile to Whataburger!!! Their food is much better and their service is WAY better!!!!!! McDonald's employees either don't speak English at all or are beyond rude. I will never eat at a McDonald's restaurant again! And I encourage everyone to do the same.

This place messes up orders more than any place I've patronized in 60 years. I question why I ever go back. Maybe I've finally learned my lesson. They don't understand that a plain hamburger doesn't have ketchup or pickles. They'll happily give fries that are old and hard - and replace them with worse if you dare complain. Yes, they forget items. Yes, you may get somebody else's order. They will even argue with you at the first window about what you ordered - even after you repeated it three times at the drive through and they repeated it back to you. Happened today. Rather than argue, I drove away. Didn't spend a penny. Skipped the average at best food and the once again screwed up order. This stuff happens there all the time. Done. Just done. It's not like their food is extra special or that there aren't other nearby alternatives. And their attitudes most definitely suck. I don't regret that drive off and would do it again in a heartbeat. Pretty sure I can get a plain hamburger elsewhere.

As I got here no one answered the headset and said hello what can I get you so we drove up and then the guy at the window just ignores us and the I call and they tell me I'm wrong about the headset and then I get asked "why did you leave" cause the guy at the window didn't look at all like he wanted to take my order and if this continues I will have to talk to a general manager
