Love arbys overall, this location is always clean and has quick service but can get really busy at the drive thru during lunch time. Only giving it 4 stars because they got rid of the topping station and the tables were sticky. Customer service is ok but not the best.

I met a friend there. We were inside, but it seemed to take forever for someone to come and take our order. The five of them were hung up on something taking a long time in a drive-through order. When they did finally wait on us, they were cordial and friendly. I ignored our wait time and chose to be happy. Our food came quickly. It was good and delicious. My only comment on the quality was that my beef and cheddar was very messy. It was a bit difficult to eat without getting it all over myself. But you know, that happens some times and it just can't be helped. So, it is more of a side note. It all tasted very good. I do miss their condiments bar with the jalapeños and pickles.

Arbys is my favorite restaurant, but this location is a super disappointment. And it's not the first time. Tonight they gave me the spicy boneless wings instead of BBQ. My 9 year old can't eat spicy food and we discovered very quick the mistake. I had BARELY any cheddar on my order, and the pic below was my large fry order untouched.
